Aaron De Haven is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Haven Capital, where he designs and oversees the firm's income-oriented targeted liquidity strategies. With nearly two decades of experience building and operating businesses across asset, risk, and investment management, Aaron specializes in constructing durable systems that convert complex market dynamics into structured, repeatable income frameworks.

In 2002, Aaron co-founded Pilgrims Group USA, serving as CEO and Managing Partner of the U.S. affiliate of a global risk and asset management enterprise. The platform oversaw hundreds of millions of dollars in managed properties, infrastructure, municipalities, and public-sector contracts across more than twenty international programs. His work focused on strategic portfolio design, financial oversight, and operational continuity, often in economically and politically unstable environments.

Aaron's approach centers on mathematical modeling, capital efficiency, and yield-oriented systems built for full-cycle durability and performance across variable conditions.

Hunter Obrikat is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Haven Capital, responsible for operational architecture, governance systems, and firm-level risk infrastructure. His career spans nearly two decades designing and managing financial and operational frameworks for complex asset portfolios and public-sector programs across multiple jurisdictions.

A Charlotte, North Carolina native, Hunter began his academic studies in exercise physiology before transitioning into financial operations and systems design. That foundation in performance analytics evolved into a professional focus on precision execution, redundancy planning, and capital continuity.

As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Pilgrims Group USA, Hunter oversaw compliance, operational controls, and financial continuity for programs managing hundreds of millions in assets and contractual obligations across public and private sectors. He specialized in multi-party coordination outside of predictable operating environments.

Patrick Zielbauer is a Partner and Director of Strategic Growth at Haven Capital Advisors, where he leads strategic expansion initiatives and capital formation efforts for the firm. With more than twelve years of experience across institutional derivatives and digital asset markets, Patrick brings a cross-market perspective grounded in direct engagement with institutional dynamics, trading, OTC flows, and global market-making.

Prior to joining Haven Capital Advisors, Patrick held senior leadership roles at a global digital asset liquidity provider, working with sophisticated market participants across spot, derivatives, and collateralized lending markets. His experience includes centralized and decentralized trading venues, structured derivatives, crypto-native banking and settlement infrastructure, and cross-border capital flows.

Earlier in his career, Patrick spent over fifteen years in global futures and derivatives markets, advising professional traders, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and other commercial market participants.

Robert Vicini serves as Director of Treasury Strategy & On-Chain Liquidity Infrastructure at Haven Capital, where he manages the firm's strategic deployment across centralized and decentralized liquidity venues. In this role, Robert oversees real-time risk assessment, capital allocation across protocol-specific liquidity positions, and the execution of yield-optimized, income-oriented yield while preserving treasury principal in dynamic market environments.

Robert's work centers on the design and execution of capital-efficient deployment strategies within automated market maker (AMM) and DEX ecosystems. By integrating technical market analysis with operational liquidity architectures, he engineers repeatable positioning frameworks that convert short-term volatility into structured, fee-generating income streams while maintaining disciplined exposure to underlying digital assets.

Prior to joining Haven Capital, Robert served as Head Analyst and Treasury Manager for a digital asset investment fund focused on capital appreciation strategies across emerging crypto markets.
